Establishing a Road Safety Squad in a college is a initiative to promote road safety awareness and responsible driving among students. A Road Safety Squad is typically a student-led group that works in collaboration with the college administration and local authorities to educate and engage the college community in road safety activities.
Interested and enthusiastic students who are passionate about road safety and willing to take on leadership roles form a team that will serve as the core members of the Road Safety Squad.
Empowering Students as Change Agents: Engaging students in the Road Safety Squad empowers them to take an active role in promoting road safety. By involving students in planning and implementing road safety initiatives, the squad nurtures leadership skills, teamwork, and a sense of responsibility among the student body. This, in turn, helps create a culture of road safety within the college community.
